Nashville is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from St. Louis by small airplane. Many pilots visit Nashville for business and short vacations to see live music, 4th of July, the Iroquois Steeplechase, or the CMA Music Festival.

Learning to fly is fun, challenging and rewarding. Forty (40) hours of total flight time is required before you are eligible to take the practical test and earn your private pilot certificate. The process is similar to getting your driver's license and includes a mix of knowledge, ground and flight training.

From your first flight on, you will be at the controls of the airplane, flying at 2500 feet enjoying the beautiful scenery and sunsets above the St. Louis area, under the supervision of a Federal Aviation Administratrion (FAA) certified flight instructor.
